VatAlerts.com offers a subscription-based service with a flat monthly fee. If you are not satisfied with our service, we offer a refund as follows:

• Full refunds are available within 5 days of the initial subscription start date or the annual renewal date for subscribers who have not yet used the service during that period.

• Refunds are not provided for any subscription month that has already been consumed or partially used.

• For annual subscriptions, if you choose to cancel partway through the subscription year, we do not provide a refund for the remaining months.
